Anger

Understanding the past
     Anger is a mask
Contracts of anger
     Are burned to their embers
The intent behind them
     Now on the mend
The pain that cut to the bone
      No longer has a home
The wrongs transgressed
     No longer make a mess
Remorse now has a filter
Life is no longer off kilter
Positivity, love the NOW
     Trauma is released, I vow
I release the pain
     It falls like rain
Wash away the past
     Be free at last
Accept what is gone
     Then simply move on.

NOTE: If you are suffering from anger issues and wish to try this (no guarantee it will work), it's best to read this out loud to yourself.  Try altering it to include the things that make you angry.
